Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Pivot Trade Academy (“we”, “us”), operating pivottradeacademy.in. Contact us at support@pivottradeacademy.in.

2. What you are buying

A membership gives you access to our online trading sessions and the member timeline for a fixed number of days. It is an education service. It is not investment advice, not portfolio management, and not a tip service.

3. Your account

• Your login is personal. Do not share it.
• Sharing an account, or recording and redistributing our sessions, may result in access being withdrawn without refund.
• Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

4. Payment and activation

Payments are made by UPI. After paying, you upload a screenshot and the UTR reference. Access opens only once we have checked the payment and approved it, which is normally within a few hours. Submitting proof does not by itself grant access.

If you pay again while a membership is still running, the new days are added to the end. You do not lose remaining time.

5. Membership period

Your membership runs for the number of days shown on the plan you bought, counted from approval. When it ends, access closes automatically until you buy again. Memberships do not auto-renew and we do not store your payment details.

6. Sessions

We aim to run sessions on every trading day, but timings may change and sessions may occasionally be cancelled — for market holidays, technical problems or illness. We will give notice on the timeline where we can.

7. Risk and no advice

Trading carries risk and you can lose money. Everything we provide is educational. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. We are not liable for trading losses.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or end access without refund for sharing accounts, redistributing material, abusive behaviour towards staff or other members, or fraudulent payment.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to memberships bought after the update — the terms you bought under continue to apply for the rest of your period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
